Professional Website and Microsoft 365 Setup for Alpha West Electrical
Alpha West Electrical - Electrical Contractor, BC
The Problem
Alpha West Electrical was running their business without a professional online presence and without a proper IT foundation. They had no website to show prospective clients, were using personal Gmail accounts for all business communication, and relied on WhatsApp for team coordination. As their team grew, the lack of professional infrastructure was starting to hold them back from landing larger commercial contracts.
Our Solution
Custom Website Design and Branding
We designed and built Alpha West Electrical's professional website, giving them a polished online presence that reflects the quality of their work. The site clearly presents their residential and commercial electrical services, showcases completed projects, and makes it easy for potential clients to get in touch. The design was built around their branding and optimized for local search in BC, helping them get found by clients actively looking for licensed electricians.
Microsoft 365 Migration and Business Email
We migrated the Alpha West team to Microsoft 365 Business, giving every team member a professional business email address at their own domain. We configured SharePoint for centralized document storage and set up Microsoft Teams as the team's primary communication platform, replacing the informal WhatsApp setup. We also configured secure VPN access using Tailscale so field electricians could access project documents and files from job sites without compromising security.
Virsa App Setup and Team Training
We set up Virsa — Astro Developments' contractor project management platform — for the Alpha West team, giving them a single place to manage jobs, track tasks, handle estimates, and store project documents. We walked the team through the platform end-to-end so they were fully comfortable using it from day one, replacing the scattered mix of texts and spreadsheets they had been relying on.
The Result
Alpha West Electrical now has a professional website that generates leads from local search, a complete Microsoft 365 business environment, and Virsa keeping their jobs organized from estimate to completion. They present a polished image to clients and have the operational foundation to take on more work without dropping the ball.
"Finally have a proper business setup. The website has already brought in new clients and the Microsoft 365 migration was smooth — Ripan made sure everything was working before he was done."
