Will you come on site to our Vancouver office?
Yes, on the Professional and Premium plans, which include unlimited remote and on-site support. The Essential plan sticks to the remote help desk, which runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. Saturday, 7am to 2pm. Sunday closed.
