Digital adoption plans that earned clients the CDAP grant
As a digital advisor under the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP), we wrote digital adoption plans for client businesses through its Boost Your Business Technology stream. Those clients completed the program and received the grant, which covered 90% of the cost of the plan, up to $15,000.
CDAP stopped taking new applications in February 2024. We still build the same kind of plan as part of our IT consulting: where your technology stands today, what to change first, and what it will cost.

What does a vCIO do for a small business?
A vCIO acts as your fractional IT manager, so you get IT planning without hiring a full-time IT director. That covers a 1 to 3 year technology roadmap, vendor and licensing management, IT budget planning and quarterly business reviews.
How much does IT consulting cost?
Our vCIO services start at $500 a month, with quarterly business reviews, vendor management and a technology roadmap included. The Premium managed IT plan, at $160 per user per month, also includes vCIO planning.
Is the CDAP grant still available?
No. The Canada Digital Adoption Program stopped taking new applications in February 2024. As a CDAP digital advisor we wrote digital adoption plans for clients who received the grant, and we still build the same kind of plan: where your technology stands, what to change first and what it will cost.
Can you deal with our software vendors and licences?
Yes. We negotiate with your IT vendors and manage those relationships for you, and we keep your licensing right-sized so you don't overpay.
