Custom Lobby Display System with Live MLS Listings for Coastal Realty

The Problem
Coastal Realty Ltd., a Century 21 affiliate, wanted a way to make their office lobby work harder for them. Their reception area had nothing to show walk-in clients: no live listings, no agent profiles, no brand presence. The team was managing seasonal promotions and lobby content manually with no system in place, and they had no way to display live MLS listings to prospective buyers walking through the door.
Our Solution
Live MLS Listing Display
We built a listing carousel that pulls live data from the MLS/DDF (Digital Data Feed). Each listing shows a photo collage, the price, property details, and a QR code that opens the full listing on a client's phone. The screen updates on its own as listings change.
Agent Profiles and Seasonal Overlays
The display rotates agent profile cards for the Coastal Realty team. AI generates holiday and seasonal overlays through the year, so the screen changes with the season.
Admin Panel and Content Management
Staff run the display from an admin console: they set display intervals, upload their own seasonal images, and choose what appears on screen. A regional news ticker pulls live local headlines. The system is built for unattended operation and runs all day with nobody watching it.
The Result
Coastal Realty's lobby screen shows live MLS listings with QR codes, rotates agent profiles, and changes with the seasons. Listings update on their own, and staff control the rest from the admin console.
